It was amazing to host a meeting at the Hilton London Bankside “in person” after 18 months. All the staff were fantastic, as always, and we all felt safe with socially distanced seating, mask wearing throughout the hotel and regular sanitising of the communal areas. The refreshments throughout the day and evening were delicious. The event staff always go above and beyond to ensure our events run smoothly and we can’t thank you enough for hosting us.

Launching an inaugural flagship event for international event planners is never an easy task. It is challenging to wow and inspire this well-travelled audience, however with the help from the Hilton Bankside staff we managed to over exceed delegates expectations at our high profile MeetGB event, which took place in Hilton Bankside Hotel on 19 and 20 April 2018. The team support, professionalism, dedication and customer focus has been noted by all the event attendees, which resulted in lots of positive feedback, which we are extremely happy about. The events team at Hilton London Bankside were very accommodating and understanding of our delay in sending over last minute changes, menu’s and final deposit, this was very much appreciated. We we're very satisfied with the service we received, which mainly shows in that we came back this year and are looking to come back again next year.

The team at Hilton London Bankside were very accommodating, they went above and beyond to help. For example, the night before we had to pack delegate bags and after they setup the room they came and helped us. In addition, we had a last-minute request for lunch on one of the days and your team was very quick to help. The space worked really well and we the Bankside Ballroom turnaround in ½ hour, which was really important. We actually had the room turned around in 20min which was very impressive.

We were extremely satisfied with Hilton London Bankside. I have done multiple events at different hotels but this hotel is really a step above everyone else. Especially the staff, their responsiveness and the fact that it shows that they genuinely care it has more than met my expectations and has put every other hotel to the back. Technology was critical to the event and will set the expectations for any future venue we use, as Hilton London Bankside is impressive. Dependable wi-fi was very important to us. We did not pay for the upgraded wi-fi, it was the one included in the package and it was sufficient, which isn’t always the case

During our event at the Hilton, the team were friendly, conscientious, and helpful. They made the day run smoothly and were always on hand to help out or offer advice. The food and drinks were clearly high quality and provided in generous quantity. Overall, it was an excellent experience and very good value for money.
